A pocketsize collection of eight of the books of the Old Testament: the Pentateuch (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy) and Joshua, Judges, and Ruth. Darlow and Moule suspect this is the first volume of an early small size bible in six volumes, although they have only seen the first. With a manuscript calendar on the endpapers, January to September in the front and October to December in the back. Also with a 1659 ownership inscription of Jacobi Bureni.
A good copy. A pocketsize book containing the Pentateuch and three other books of the Old Testament.
