Extremely rare first edition of a famous treatise on agriculture written in Catalan and known under the name of 'Prior' (the author was a prior in the Saint John Order). Miguel Agustin deals with agriculture in general, medicinal plants, the cultivation and treatment of fruit trees, wood, grain, tobacco, extermination of noxious animals, fabrication of olive oil, hunting, fishing, rearing of stock, etc.
Good copy, slightly foxed, some leaves shaved, with some waterstains and a few restorations at the end.
