States translation. Blue velvet, gilt edges. With 2 Empire-style gold clasps in the form of pilasters, with their catch-plates, all fluted and decorated with rosettes and palmettes. Hallmarks: "J II B" (Jan Baptist Bertina, active in Amsterdam 1821-1867); 20 kt.; year letter script M (1821); lion's head A and rampant lion 2 (20 kt.).
