After the two 17th century editions of 1656 (the second pharmacology of the Northern Netherlands) and 1664, this is the third - and last - edition of the Utrecht pharmacopoeia divided in 20 sections: Vegetabilia, Pondera et mensurae, Pulveres, De Syrupis, Unguenta, etc.. The Pharmacopoea is rather simple compared with the first pharmacology of Amsterdam of 1636.
Interleaved copy, heavily annotated, corrected and with many extra prescriptions in a contemporary handwriting by a Dutch (Utrecht) pharmacist. Daems & Vandewiele, p. 179.
