Rare first edition of an ichthyological work by Eugène François Dralet (1757-1844), conservator of forest and water in the 12th arrondissement in France. It describes several common species of fresh- and saltwater fish (carp, trout, salmon, bream, etc.), various fishing and angling methods, and laws and regulations concerning fishing at sea and in rivers and lakes.
